CSY Visitor is designed to be extremely stable and easy-to-use. However, if you
require technical support, please follow the steps below:-
Please ensure that you have read the relevant parts of Visitor's help system
(you can get help while using Visitor by pressing F1).
Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Visitor (see updates page).
If you are using Visitor with
www.the-hotel-network.com,
please ensure that you have read the relevant advice pages on the website. You should
also ensure you read
realtimesetup.pdf
(right-click the filename and select 'save target as') which contains full
setup instructions. You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader
(click the link for a free download) to view the file.
Visit www.the-word-on-the-street.com
(a discussion forum with rooms dedicated to CSY product support) to see if the
problem you are experiencing has already been raised and addressed by CSY's
technical support staff.
If you haven't found an answer to your problem, send email to support@csyvisitor.com.
Please include a full description of the system you use to run Visitor, and as much
detail as possible about the nature of the problem.
